1. Registration: The candidates register for the program by filling the online application form.
2. Phone Interview: A 30 minute call to find out more about the candidates, & to measure their ability to communicate and express themselves in the English language.
3. Online Test: This online test is designed to measure the candidates ability to solve problems and make sense of complex data.
4. Interview: We will ask the candidates challenging questions to give us a better understanding of their motivations and how well the program would suit them.
5. Assessment Center: Candidates will be asked to complete individual and group exercises, during which they are being observed by a number of specially trained assessors who will evaluate their performance against pre-defined competencies.
6. Induction & On Boarding: The journey will start with a thorough on-boarding experience including an induction with full details about the organization.
