    If your application to Etisalat is successful, you’ll be invited to an interview. We use different selection tools to identify people who have the knowledge and abilities we need to succeed.

    Usually, the interview process is divided into four main interrelated steps; testing and screening interview, technical interview which concentrates on the technical aspects of the role, final selection interview which concentrates on behavioral competencies and how you go about your job, and assessment centers for supervisory and managerial positions.
